3100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read carefully before using the 3100 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms set out below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all 3100 platform users.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3100 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 3100 platform. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction.

3100 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 3100 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without refund of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 3100 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or closure.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or any other party.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a 3100 platform user, you agree to:

To use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia.
Not use any software, automated scripts, bots, or other techniques intended to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the 3100 platform.
Not to access another user's account without authorisation or act on behalf of another person unless expressly permitted.
Not to distribute any unlawful, obscene, threatening, or public order-disrupting content through any part of the platform.
Comply with all game rules specified in each section or product on the platform.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure. 3100 reserves the right to pursue legal action against users who cause damage or loss to the platform.

Payment & MYR Transaction Information

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits are made via supported payment methods including FPX, Boost, TNG e-wallet, and local internet banking. Minimum deposit amounts are as stated on the deposits page.

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 3100 account holder. 3100 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.

Processing Time & Fees

Deposit processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Most deposits via FPX and e-wallets are credited within seconds to a few minutes. Withdrawals via internet banking are typically processed within 1 to 24 business hours.

3100 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees. All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed, except in cases of verified technical error.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Liability Limits

3100 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including wagering losses resulting from technical disruptions or system failures beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 3100 platform — including logos, text, interface design, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 3100 or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from 3100. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Account Suspension & Closure

3100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by relevant authorities. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to fraud may be forfeited. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons may submit an appeal through our support channels.

Third-Party Links, Term Changes & Applicable Law

The 3100 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers. 3100 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of those services. We recommend reading their own terms before using them.

Changes to These Terms

3100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
